Location: Field based, predominantly covering North Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £42,000, increasing to £44,000 after 6 month probationary period
Contract: Full time, permanent.

About the Commercial Catering Engineer role:

• 40 hour week (Guaranteed to be paid for 40 hours, regardless if worked less.  Anything over 40 hours is paid as overtime)
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site
• Installation, Service, Maintenance and Repair on the full range of Rational combi ovens and Vario Cooking Centres Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Fault finding on both Electrical and Gas units
• Working on your own initiative, as well as part of a united team

In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:

• Must have previous experience on the Rational range
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a commercial catering engineer
• Comcat 1, 3 and 5. CCCN1, LPG
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends on a 1 in 3-4 Rota basis
• Expected to work 1 day on a Rota basis between Christmas and New Year (Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day)
