Account Manager – Hybrid
Location: Hybrid/Cannock Office 3 days per week and UK travel required
Salary: Up to £40,000 DoE + up to £20,000 commission per annum

Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington plc, are looking for an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in Phoenix’s commercial engine.
You will be converting qualified opportunities into long-term customers, acting as the first face-to-face point of contact after the outbound team. This role is responsible for running discovery meetings, developing client-specific proposals, and supporting the delivery of high-value tenders.
Working closely with the Nurturing and Key Account teams, this is a consultative, commercially focused role with clear revenue responsibilities.

You will be converting qualified appointments (SQLs) into paying clients by running tailored introductory meetings, co-creating impactful proposals with the wider commercial team, and ensuring the solution presented aligns with client needs and commercial objectives.
This role bridges early engagement with long-term retention and growth

You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be target driven to achieve results. This is a new role and you will need to be able to network and build accounts from scratch.
